The Rothenburg universal mixing and homogenizing system (RUI) is used to condition food products, be it dairy products, butter, cheese, yoghurt, cream, paste, candies, or chocolate products. The system is a modular system for multipurpose operation of a big variety of different products for mixing, conditioning, homogenizing and pitching.
